We’re talking steak\, brisket\, and ribs—prepared slow\, low\, and exactly how you like it. \nAs always\, we’re keeping the menu focused on the essentials: high-quality meat and plenty of it. You won’t find a vegetable in sight. \nThis is a donation based event so if you’d like to contribute to the cost of the event\, feel free to select an amount in the registration. \nBring Your Crew\nA spread like this is better with company.
